Beautiful rooms, clean and upkept pool and water slide. Only stayed a night but definalty would recommend.
Full breakfast and lady was nice. Check in was friendly and fast. Room was super clean, spacious new bathroom. No view. Waterslide, pool, hot tub and gym
Always stay here when I am working out of town. Staff always goes above and beyond. Amy, Riley and Stacey have always been fantastic and helped me out when needed. Will continue staying here! Recommend this hotel for anyone in or around Rimbey!
I want to mention an employee who works here. Her name is Nadine. Back story. We arrived in Rimby for our son’s wedding. So we had booked several rooms as well as a jacuzzi suite. We have two irritating but manageable issues so we figured at checkout we would deal with it after the wedding. Upon check out we were met with a very pleasant and professional lady named Nadine. We expressed our issues and without hesitation she apologized as if she was the sole reason for the issue. We were not expecting that. Than she went beyond to adjust the pricing as well as gave a small gift basket and than Thanked US for bringing the issues to her. This lady should be recognized for her excellent customer service and dedication to her work. Thank you again for a great end to the stay!
We stayed at this hotel August long weekend, it was one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Great staff, customer service was exceptional and Continental Breakfast was amazing.
We travel often and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the convenience of the “motel” doors out into the parking lot. The pool was warm enough and the hot tub was actually hot. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything else! 10/10 recommend.
Up to date building, room was clean and bedding/mattress was comfortable. Hot items available for breakfast which was a welcome feature even though there is an A&W attached.
Great place! Good service! Pool / Hottub water slide. Continental breakfast! Rooms were quiet! Bed was very comfortable! I had a cooking room and it had what I needed. Things that worked!
